You've found the home of the Squadron Downhill Race Team, spawned from the Racer's Guild at Cannock Chase. Andy, Elliot, and Greg - our team riders - are some of the fastest guys you'll ever see at Cannock, and now they've combined forces to rip up the Pearce, Caersws, and NPS series.

The team was formed to allow some of the best talent from Racer's Guild to have the opportunity to progress, and get recognized at the next level. To support them and allow them to focus on racing and achieving their maximum potential. To learn from each other. And to have a load of fun.

Check out the rider bios back on the main page. Our three riders were picked not only for their results in the 2008 Racer's Guild series, but for their motivation, committment, and positive attitude. No doubt, they are fast. We want to develop a fearsome reputation for the Squadron so that it is recognized nationally as a competitive team. So we want to keep the Squadron an elite group with podium potential at the big races. This way, Squadron riders will have the best chance of getting recognized and moving on to even bigger things!

We will be joined by a gaggle of Racer's Guild riders for our first race on March 1st at Wentwood. We are all super stoked for the season to start. Look out for the orange bullseye and wings in 2009!
