Join the Squadron!

As most of you will know, Racersguild has run its own team for two years now, with Elliot Machin, Andy Hughes, Greg Hampton, Lee Gratton, Elliot Gill and Mitch Ingley all riding with RG the orange Squadron jerseys on. In 2010, the squadron saw its best ever results with Mitch Ingley very nearly scoring himself a place in Expert, and Machine Machin cruising his way to the top of his class and landing himself in Elite. In fact, they've done so well that they've landed themselves on major national teams for 2011.

The RG squadron is a development team, we want to pick people up people who might not have otherwise done much or any racing away from Cannock, and help them get on to some podiums.

The 2011 Racersguild Squadron Team is being assembled and we are looking for a Juvenile, Youth or Junior male rider or a female rider in any category. You must be an RG member (Ie, have done some RG practice days).

The selected rider will need to represent the team at regional events during 2011 (Pearce, Caersws cup, Midland/English champs etc) and to attend training/photo sessions.

The selected rider will be supported by fellow riders, team sponsors and the team manager to help them have the best season possible.
If you want to get involved, please send a CV with your name, DOB, any results from any races you have done, including RG days and a paragraph on why you should be on the team. Photos and videos are also very useful!
